Baccarat Rules
Objective:
Bet on which hand will have a total closest to 9: the Player's hand or the Banker's hand.
Card Values:
Cards 2-9 are worth their face value. 10, J, Q, K are worth 0. Ace is worth 1. If the sum exceeds 9, only the rightmost digit is used (e.g., 15 becomes 5).
Gameplay:
Two cards are dealt to both the Player and Banker. A third card may be drawn based on specific rules.
Third Card Rules:
Player Rules:
If Player's first two cards total 0-5, Player draws a third card. If Player's first two cards total 6-7, Player stands.
Banker Rules:
- If Banker's first two cards total 0-2, Banker draws a third card.
- If Banker's first two cards total 3, Banker draws if Player's third card is 0-7, 9.
- If Banker's first two cards total 4, Banker draws if Player's third card is 2-7.
- If Banker's first two cards total 5, Banker draws if Player's third card is 4-7.
- If Banker's first two cards total 6, Banker draws if Player's third card is 6-7.
- If Banker's first two cards total 7, Banker stands.
Possible Outcomes:
Player Win:
Player's hand is closer to 9. Banker Win: Banker's hand is closer to 9. Tie: Both hands have the same total.
Payouts:
Player Win pays 1:1. Banker Win pays 1:1 (minus 5% commission). Tie pays 8:1 or 9:1 depending on the casino.
